Established full brand and visual identity for the first off-site package management solution in the multifamily industry.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Fetch is quickly becoming the premier solution for package management within apartment communities. Their solution removes the burden of package management from onsite community teams and delivers resident packages directly to their door.
THE SOLUTION
Three years into business, Fetch was in need of a brand identity that was representative of their human-based solution and intentionally disruptive to the multifamily industry. We wanted to bring simplicity and joy to the forefront while educating on their innovative solution. Click here to read the full blog on the creation of the Fetch brand.
VISUAL IDENTITY
From the beginning of discovery, we knew wanted to move forward with an illustrative brand. Following inspiration from companies like Lemonade and Slack, illustration provides the opportunity to simplify a business solution and bring a playfulness to education that captures attention. We wanted to be disruptive in the Multifamily space, much like the Fetch solution is, and distinctively separate our brand from competitors. Simplicity, joyfulness and movement were our three foundational words which you can see was brought to life with the visual identity.
DIGITAL
Since the brand reveal, we have moved heavily into the digital space, launching a new website, defining our social strategy and paid media advertising, developing account-based and event landing pages and supporting in-app product launches
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY
With illustration being the leading visual identity for the brand, we needed to provide authentic photography to bring the concept of a human-centric solution forward and set the tone as a trustworthy brand. “People helping people” is one of Fetch’s core values and we wanted to visually communicate the excellent service of Fetch by acknowledging their real team members in our photo shoot.

COURIER UNIFORM
We designed customized gear for the Fetch couriers to wear on-site to be easily identifiable to clients and consumers. This also helped expand on brand recognition and trustworthiness.

HQ ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN
In 2020, Fetch moved into their official headquarters in downtown Austin. We were tasked with bringing the brand forward into the space to provide a more creative and likable workspace.
